Mold Manufacturing Validation

Validation during the mold manufacturing stage is directly related to product quality and the feasibility of subsequent production. For injection molds, we conduct design validation through mold flow analysis and DFM reviews. For aluminum die-casting molds, validation is performed using CAE simulation. During the mold manufacturing process, we also emphasize verification of material properties and machining accuracy to ensure that the final product meets specified performance parameters and that the mold achieves the required durability.

Production Feasibility Validation

Production feasibility validation is comprehensive. In addition to verifying the mold manufacturing process, we also validate the entire production workflow. For example, in injection molding, we define specialized processes such as overmolding and insert molding, and standardize additional steps such as material drying, color blending, and moisture conditioning. In the metal manufacturing field, we establish process routes and design systematic and scientific sequences for rough machining, finishing, surface treatment, and assembly to ensure a closed-loop, reliable production process.

We have a comprehensive and robust product quality inspection system. Every batch of products undergoes complete incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final shipment inspection, ensuring thorough risk mitigation and filtering out defective items at each stage. In addition, for each product type, we standardize inspection criteria for materials, appearance, dimensions, performance, functionality, and packaging, ensuring the inspection is both complete and consistent.
